  New, verifiably authentic Pop Mart Crybaby, new, exactly the one I wanted. Came well packaged, double boxed with bubble wrap. As described, looks great, quality is great. It was pricey but I really wanted it. Arrived 8 days after purchase/shipped.

  A very good customer service experience. I bought it. They shipped it out the day that I bought it sent me a message sent me a photo of the package very good communication. The only downside is that I had to pay €70 additional customs. But the labubus were real & authentic, i checked.

  Shipping was quick and the Labubu was packed with lots of bubble wrap. The labubu came inside of its original, unopened box and still got to have the unboxing experience while being able to pick the color I wanted. The Labubu is authentic and there are so many sellers out there that sell fakes, and this seller is one of the few out there that are trustworthy.
