    Ship and received with care fully protected with foam & bubble wrap. It arrived as described with the right size of one of my watch collections as shown in pictures or video. They have very good response and communication. Love the Salvatore Ferragamo display case. Wish they had more with different designs. The price was reasonable. Will recommend others to see store for other inventory items they have. And as I will too.

    The Heartwood Creations puzzle box is lovely, exactly as pictured and described, but without instructions on how to open/close (got the information from another less pretty puzzle box on eBay), and sticky residue on bottom of box that has some of the bubble wrap attached (but can clean it off). Aside from these two issues, love the box. It was very well packed. Shipping cost was fair for the item. For me, a good value. A- seller.
