  I had questions for the seller and they answered them promptly, they had a lot of photos of the actual item they’re selling, which is a must for me. I never purchased products with generic photos. The iPad I bought arrived in genuinely flawless condition, the one mark that I was concerned about in the photos, turned out to be just a smudge. The appearance is exactly as it showed in the photos, except even better because it was cleaned very very thoroughly before it was shipped. Great value.

  Once purchased shipping was exceptionally fast. Packed well with original box, wrap and packing in another large popcorns box. THANK YOU! Very good to MINT condition. All faders and knobs are fluid and work to perfection just as described. Great value for a compact controller for my small desktop studio and will serve Me well. Solid seller for sure!

  Item arrived damaged and non functional, I was respectful and kind and the seller was very passive aggressive, I explained and sent all necessary evidence to show that the item does not function as described. The seller offered a 50% refund which is ridiculous for an item that is completely not functional after I just paid you 50$ for it, and it was very poorly packaged too, just thrown in a Ziploc bag in a dented box. Had to go through eBay to get a Refund for the item as the seller wouldn't.

  Package arrived in the expected time. Item was well packaged, and the condition was exactly as described. I've had the chance to set it up and try it out, and everything works as expected.
