I reached out to the seller a couple of times to see how to resolve this issue, but it wasn't until I contacted ebay and submitted a "return request" that the seller replied back to me. The seller then apologized for the error and gave me a refund. They asked that I place a new order, which I did. The follow-up order was received as expected.
