    Arrived in damaged manilla envelope sealed with dirty tape (visible hair, dirt, etc) - it is impossible to know if seller sent poorly packaged / un-taped package or if the tape / damage on package was from the USPO. Luckily despite the packaging the item was in good condition and was as described. Because of this my rating is positive, but seller should definitely re-evaluate how they package items to avoid issues in the future when shipping items (i.e. poly mailers, clean tape, etc).

    Seller wrapped the garment properly protecting against damage the shirt is brand new with tags as described which is a good value for the price paid and the shipping cost was acceptable would buy from again

    Buyer Beware. Seller sent me a different shirt and then pretended he didn't realize it. He agreed to refund but I had to remind him after his missed the deadline. Also, shirt was sent in a manilla envelope and it looked rough - see photo. Got my money back but totally unnecessary PITA and disappointing, Most Sellers I buy golf equip from are honest.

    Seller sent the wrong item, untracked, in a beat up envelope and it arrived late. Seller said that they would send the item I ordered, but didn’t and then withheld my refund for weeks. I never leave negative feedback, but it seems they have done this exact same thing to others. I’m most annoyed by them not refunding my payment in a timely manner. Do better.
