  I’m giving this seller a positive review the toy was new in the package, but they did not send me the correct item that was listed. I reached out to them about this and did not get a response so I had to use eBay to help me return the item and today I just received information that they provided me a refund. Personally, I would never use this seller again.

  Bought an item on the 28th of September, but it was never shipped into transport. I contacted the seller to see if I could get a replacement. They responded and said they would send out a replacement in a few days. However, weeks went by, and nothing was sent out. Asked the seller for an update, waited days for a response, got nothing back. Finally got a refund by October 29th, a whole month since I initially placed the order. Wouldn’t recommend seller. One star.
