    The seller was great , packed well , just as described, joey is gorgeous but so disappointed in delivery from Royal Mail paid £10 delivery & it was delivered a lot longer then the last delivery date , so that’s the only thing that let it down 😔

    Arrived in super quick time was professionally packaged wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap and polystyrene chips it was as described infact the photographs didn't show what an exquisite and substantial piece of Royal Copenhagen this is it was certainly value for money thank you for the reduction in the postage another quality purchase from this seller thank you again Phil

    Beautiful Moorcroft lamp in excellent condition, accurately described on Ebay. Very helpful and friendly communication with the seller and, when I arrived to collect the lamp, it was very carefully wrapped and boxed. Phil also helped me to load it safely and securely into my car. An absolutely stunning piece, it fits in beautifully in my sitting room.

    Well packed as described value for money but he was damaged in delivery not the sellers fault wen i informed the seller he was very understanding and offered me 50% discount whi h was lovly of him very nice seller very honest very helpfull and i would buy from him again really nice seller

    After a problem caused by entirely by Royal Mail, the seller kindly stuck with me and eventually when the item was returned to him, he immediately resent it on to me again. Item thoughtfully wrapped and arrived in great condition. Love it . Always replied to my messages throughout the 4 weeks. 🙄 Wouldn’t hesitate to use this seller again .
