    S/he did a great job wrapping this up for shipping, but despite her best efforts, it was still damaged in shipping. S/he replied promptly when I sent pics and offered me a partial refund that I thought was fair. Bummed that it was broken, but the issue was handled quickly and professionally. I would buy from Loganbuys again.

    Package was lost by FedEx and received it 2 days after it said it was delivered. Delivered to wrong address according to picture. No fault of seller at all. Just incompetence of FedEx. Great seller! Highly recommended!

    The Bunn LPG grinder arrived quickly and functions exactly as described. There was a minor issue with the base being slightly out of square—possibly due to a bump in shipping. A small shim corrected the issue easily. If this happened in transit, it may be because the heavy top section wasn’t fully supported from below. Otherwise, the packaging was thorough, and I'm happy with the purchase!
