  Seller was very accommodating; allowed me to set up a courier to pickup the purchase so we could get it as quick as possible for our equipment that was down. Upon installation, we found that the drive didn't work and seller quickly offered a replacement of the unit. Went out of their way to ship out the exchange unit so we can get it quickly and we were able to get our equipment up and running. Overall, appreciate the lengths they took.

  PLC 4 LESS was very accommodating and got the Drive shipped to us overnight to get our production back up and running. They were very clear in communicating what was needed from us to make this happen. Thank you all very much.

  This refurbished unit is working perfectly! It arrived well-packaged and without damage and included a video of the bench test of the unit! I'd say they did their due diligence to ensure the unit was good and ready to be used in our system.
