Bit of a faff trying to communicate this initially, even though I was very clear and even sent a photo of the contents of the package, but someone else must’ve stepped in after a while and sorted it as I eventually got a partial refund for the missing clip - was very frustrated with the communication until that point, so just ask to speak to someone else if you think they’re being rude
