  Positive but only just! Spent over £500 with this company for UPVC panels, the panels are OK but the communications from this company are very poor. Constantly having to chase up if the panels had actually been dispatched and then they mark one of the panels as delivered when they had not been. They cant answer simple messages, its a pity they don't understand how frustrating this lack of communications is especially while I'm arranging to complete the job.

  Not easy with all this DX courier.. poor comunication or delivery options. unclear informations about delivery, no notes being left in post box of any delivery attempt when by email it looked like they attempt twice.. Once I mark my desired day online eventually it got delivered - happy days. But delivery time window 'all day' is poor. I can't wait all day and not go to work to pick up any parcel, they should be more precise so pick up can be planned by the reciever.

  Where did start ! I made my order on the 17th and the item arrived on the 29th at 10.30 at night .the package .looked like it had been dragged through a hedge .and i mentioned to the seller that I ordered some plaztic panes for my green house 3 days. yes 3 days after this ordered and theyvarrivedcon the 24th .yes the 24th and that FROM GERMANY. ..so not very happy withnthe service .and unfortunately. wouldn't advise anyone to order from this seller .unless they use a different courier .
