    I ordered a Tuya alarm system. After a few days, the seller informed me that the shipment would be delayed by a week. He offered a refund. I agreed to wait. The package was delivered on the agreed date. The alarm system was packed in the original box, additionally secured with foil. The product is new, the quality is excellent. In the box all the elements shown in the advertising photo and the instruction manual. The price is very good. I highly recommend the seller to everyone.

    Brought loungefly for my daughter in preparation for our holiday. Item was exactly as described and brand new as described. Seller promised delivery between 9th and 13th and it arrived on 12th, so spot on there as well. Really happy with the bag and my daughter is delighted. Great value and quality. Updates and tracking details for parcel were all provided. Will definitely buy from this seller again.

    Unfortunately, I never received this item due to a mix up with the courier. After just 2 days of trying to figure out where my item was delivered to the seller managed to get me a refund which returned to my bank the next day allowing me to buy another one. Good price. Good seller. Bad luck

    Great price and the item arrived well packaged and in good condition, very pleased and would highly recommend the seller. I want to say we had a nightmare with the delivery company but the seller chased them continuously and let me know what was going on daily, so great communications as well, thank you.
