Seller even reached out to help me find another identical garment rack that was even cheaper and would arrive in time for my event.     This seller and I were both screwed by the USPS in that they lost the parcel in transit. They managed to get it all the way across the country to the last substation before my PO and poof. Gone. We both waited a month and submitted a lost mail inquiry, but to no avail. The seller was nothing but gracious in spite of the fact that there was no other option but to refund, which the seller did. I recommend the seller who, in spite of the Post Office's error that required a refund, was professional.

    I received the game but unfortunately it was not sealed as described. I reached out to seller and was able to return it for refund.

    A mistake was made in not sending a new unopened game. The buyer let me know I INSATIATELY gave them the option to submit a return on an item that NO RETURNS were being accepted for. There's no way to make an item that apparently was already opened, new and sealed again. The only thing I can do in that instance is offer a quick return & refund option. For this I get a negative feedback and a statement "seller did nothing".
