This double-boxed shipment arrived with a severe puncture, tearing through both cartons. Seller had surrounded the pottery with masses of bubble wrap, which kept the piece safe from damage. When negotiating through offers if you make a counter offer their process is to then raise their counter back by $1. Off-putting. Did not seem like a cordial way to negotiate with a repeat customer. Decided not to buy from them again. Plenty of other sellers with nice Mata Ortiz pieces on EBay.
