  Received today and item was exactly as advertised. Shipped fast, great communication. I will buy from this seller again and I highly recommend to any ebayer considering his merchandise. It is an ink pad that Carter no longer sells and I have a refill bottle of ink that is compatible. I don't know how old this pad is, but it was shrink wrapped (new) and ink was still fresh, so great deal!
