    I really appreciate the sellers understanding of me having my old apt. address on shipment. I went to old address and could not find it in mailroom. Seller compensated me with replacement patch at no cost. I was extremely happy with the situation that I did do business with this seller again and purchased another item from their store. The original patch did show up after being rerouted. Item was exactly as described and no damage. I cannot express how grateful I am to this seller

    A big THANK YOU! - This item was lost in shipping, but unfortunately it was marked delivered. This has happened to me a couple times, where the USPS marks delivered, but nothing has arrived. The seller responded super quick asked for a couple days to see if it would show up. Then followed up with me a few days later (without me having to do anything) with a message that a new one is being sent. I received the replacement with no issues. Also purchased an additional one. Great seller!

    No issues with seller. Not a big issue but the patch wasn't as blue as in the picture and looks borderline black in person. Patch was smaller than expected as well. Either way, not that much a big deal. Not the sellers fault but package arrived a week late
