    Excellent new unopened factory box. Great seller, great communication,will buy from again however Horrible shipping time. If shipping to hawaii do not ship usps ground advantage, they will stick it on the barge and you won't be able to see any updates or know where it is while you wait 3-4 weeks. (26 days) . It would be nice if there was a flat rate option for shipping in the future.

    USPS delivered two of the four packages in a reasonable amount of time. However, two were misplaced (AZ and IL respectively) stretching order to delivery out past two weeks. If not for the excellent packaging of these trees . . . no doubt damage would have been resulted. Always a five-star seller. Thank you!

    Excellent seller, great quality packaging and very healthy tree. Only complaint would be tree was slightly smaller than pictured, with less developed roots at the bottom. Included instructions were well written and very detailed. Shipping was expensive but I bought a tree and had it shipped to Alaska so what can I expect haha

    Other than USPS messing up delivery everything was great and seller went above and beyond to communicate and make sure everything had a happy ending. Would recommend buying from seller anyway.
