I called the company and they explained the box in the photo was the old version however I really wanted the old one as it has a nice inscription card. They very kindly sent me an old box at no additional charge to me. Excelent customer service and Thanks to Pilotfish 😊

They were kind enough to combine shipping on the several items purchased. The only slightly negative comment is that each of the pen boxes were damaged and crushed but that was NOT the seller’s fault. That was done during the delivery process. I definitely highly recommend this seller.

Through no fault of the seller the item did arrive a day later than expected. Royal Mail , Southampton Hub seems to like to hold onto mail passing through it for 2-3 days before forwarding it on. That’s irrespective of what service is chosen and paid for.

This is the second pen I have bought from PilotFish and they have been perfect each time. Delivery is very quick especially as I am in France and packing it superb. When PilotFish says a pen is good, it really is good. They are a reliable vendor and I thoroughly recommend them.
