I contacted the seller direct and told them about the problem and they refunded me straight away with out any arguing. The value was great. the postage was a good price and it got to me in good time. The packaging was prefect as the item got to me just as it left the seller, as I could see the photographs. This is definitely a trusted seller that I will deal with again.

Initially, the postman delivered the parcel to the wrong address and while I was trying to track it down (which I eventually did), I was in communication with the seller, keeping them informed. They were very friendly, polite and understanding. I can highly recommend this seller and would happily purchase from them again. Also good to know it's supporting a good cause. A+++++++
