  I couldn't believe that I would be able to purchase the tie backs for my discontinued curtains but this seller had some. There was a slight misunderstanding due probably to the tie backs being sold in pairs and I had ordered 2. I contacted the seller who came back to me within an hour and sent on the second pair and I wouldn't hesitate in buying from them again. Many thanks.

  Despite not receiving the item due to a problem with the mail delivery, the seller was quick to respond in a friendly manner and resolved the issue straightaway by sending out another set of curtains. The pretty curtains were a very reasonable price and of good quality, I am very pleased with them. Would recommend this company.

  Good quality tie backs matching the 2 prs of curtains and cushions bought at the same time. Everything well priced, well packed and despatched quickly. Really good service from this seller, would buy from them again. The colour in the ad matches the fabric extremely well.

  I always buy these curtains, the quality is fantastic. They arrived in perfect condition, well wrapped, great value for the money. The appearance of these curtains is lovely, and I know they wash well because this is the 3rd pair I have bought over the last 5 years.   Thanks. Item as described and quick delivery. Good quality products, look great, and good value for money when multi- purchased. My only gripe is that they weren’t bagged up and were sent loose in the box.
