  item was listed as new, other but image was of the product in the box, product arrived without a box just the ink cartridge by itself. the ink was still wrapped/sealed in original plastic. i think it might be better to show an image of the actual product so people know what to expect. if i were giving as a gift i'd be disappointed. shipping time was ok, not amazing. all in all though, good product good price.

  I had to cancel the first order because I had the wrong delivery address and that was done quickly. I reordered the same day and all went well. Great price and quick delivery. Delivered as shown and in great condition and in a sturdy shipping box.
