  I have tried to work with this seller in regards of receiving this item partially working and asking for partial refund or to send label to return but the seller never cared to answer me back . I have reached out to you and you gave me mixed messages about that I did not have to return item in order to resolve this issue s I stopped the return process not t be told by you again another message that now you can only d s much and that I need to dispute with my bank to resolve this and get my money
