  Item arrived in minimal packaging, but unharmed. Item was sold as "new/open box," but is clearly used (see photos). I have no issue with buying used good condition items, but seller should be honest in their listing. Price was very fair, and Item was shipped quickly. Tested and functions as it should, overall I'm happy with it but when something is listed as new/open box, I expect the item to be new in it's original box with all paperwork included.

  This company couldn’t be more of a joke. Item arrived, missing a piece that was clearly stated & shown in picture that it came with. Ok, no biggie, let me reach out. Nope, no response, after multiple attempts. Zero. Upon further inspection, the clamp was completely broken. So again I reach out, crickets. 5 min of receiving I messaged them. I start a return. They wait until the last second to accept it, then I return it and they wait until last second to refund. 17 days for a refund. Joke.

  so, to summarize you received a damaged product, you messaged me immediately and didn't get a response as fast as you wanted, so you requested a return, I accepted the return, and gave you your money back? I think that's how it works...I'm pretty sure if you would've gotten a faulty item from a retail store you still have the inconvenience of having to ship back or go make a return. Sorry it didn't work out however you received every last cent back from me. what more did you expect.

  Item was sold as used. It looks almost brand new better than what I was expecting. Good communication, very fast shipping. Highly recommend this seller. I will be purchasing from them again.

  Great service...I accidentally submitted my purchase with the wrong shipping address.... the seller very quickly refunded the money, relisted the item again and I was able to re-purchase the item using the correct shipping address. Very much appreciated. Thank you.
