Initial delivery good, but let down by frame being badly damaged by courier!. Contacted supplier straight away and within minutes fully resolved and replacement offered and shipped, without any drama! And received in one piece with alternate courier. Good value for money, and looks very pretty: just what we needed for our wedding photos! Unfortunately delivery took weeks, but that was down to an error with the courier which was promptly managed by the seller, who offered great support from the get-go and ensured delivery was fulfilled, albeit later than expected.
