    Good value for the price. Shipping was fast, communication with Seller was consistent and responsive. Appearance: like new! well-packaged, Cert Refurb but looked but barely a sign of wear/use. Had an issue with my unit not charging , but seller was very easy to reach and took care of the problem quickly and without fuss or dramatics. Rare these days. *Highly Recommend* for great Cust. Serv. Would gladly do business with this Seller again. Quality seller. eBay needs more of these!

    THIS IS EXCATLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. EVERYTHING MATCHED WHAT WAS DESCRIBED BY THE SELLER! A+++ SERVICE!!! WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN ANYTIME!!! DEVICE WAS BASICLY LIKE BRAND NEW!! HAD THE CHARGER AND CORD INCLUDED AS WELL AS THE IMEI NUMBER. CALLED VERIZON WIRELESS AND WAS ABLE TO GET IT ACTIVATED ON MY LINE WITH NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. I ASKED THIS SELLER A FEW QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS ITEM BEFORE IT WAS SHIPPED AND THE SELLER REPLIED VERY QUICKLY. SHIPPING WAS FAST!!! KEEP IT UP!!! :)

    item lost in shipping, contacted seller and sent replacement next day, no problem. i would buy from this seller again, the shipping issue was not the sellers fault. but was fixed in 24 hours. replacement item arrived in 4 days. faster then most items i have ordered from other sellers.

    Item was delivered today in fact 2 batteries came today in different boxes. The seller took care of the delaid battery because the first one was delivered to someone in Texas and now I have an extra battery.both came in different tracking numbers. I just want to let the seller know. Thanks, David.

    I could not be more irritated that these people pretended to sell a coach prime edition and wondered why I was asking why they sent the wrong phone and when I messaged the company they were very brief in their reaction not taking one but of fault for sending me the wrong phone! I sent pictures of the phone I received as opposed to the eBay posting and not one response!
