  Can’t convince me this is a brand new screen. Arrived with reused plastic screen cover, debris, smudged finger marks and circular marks in centre of screen. I was offered a full refund if I sent it back. I needed the screen urgently, is a massive inconvenience to me to send back and buy and wait for another. Instead I asked for a large discount. I was offered $40 discount. Not good enough considering dishonesty about condition of the screen. It is not brand new. Buyer beware. Seller dishonest.

  Was pleasantly surprised with this purchase it arrived inside a box with foam insert protection the screen was a direct replacement and looks really good when being used I would highly recommend this seller for the excellent service, packaging that that ensure the device arrives in perfect condition and the value.

  I was not aware that this replacement came attached to a frame assembly already. The seller contacted me before they shipped the item, and after receiving the item I had to wait to install it. I rebuilt the phone today and the screen is crisp and responsive, everything went perfect. Hope I don't have to fix my nephew's phone again any time soon however. A+, I'm very satisfied with the part and the seller went above and beyond.
