  item as described, prompt dispatch by seller. Rubbish delivery service by yodel yet again. I'm surprised yodel is still in business and that sellers still want to use them. As a buyer I try to avoid sellers who only use yodel because of appalling customer service & poor delivery by this courier. It would be good if sellers were obliged to advise potential customers which delivery service they will use for a transaction so that buyers could avoid such a poor quality delivery service.

  Had an issue with the product but after conversation with the seller he gladly accepted responsibility for the defect and promised to send another replacement immediately. That is absolutely brilliant response from this seller. Should be more sellers like this. Thanks from a very satisfied customer.
