  Seller sold a USED swimsuit as NEW without tags. Notified eBay IMMEDIATELY. Swim suit arrived with various stains, no hygiene strip, pilling across the elastics, and frayed tags consistent with used items. I contacted the seller to explain that i was confused and item was not as described due to the listing stating a NEW suit. Seller IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN communication and ignored images. I have been an eBay buyer for nearly 10 years and never had a seller act this way . 60$ scam pics attached.

  As stated in YOUR message you requested a return ONLY because YOU had purchased the wrong item. As stated in the listing this item is new WITHOUT tags and NO RETUNS. All photos of the item were shown in the listing and it did ship in brand new condition. The photos you uploaded to my feedback are after you have worn it for three weeks & now summer is over. Why should I take an $80 loss due to a buyers incompetence with a purchase? Per EBAY POLICY I cannot accept that swimsuit you wore.

  Very fast shipping and protective packaging. Sports bra is just as described. Fits tight. Not stretched or saggy. Also smells freshly washed. For the money this was a bargain to me. I endorse this seller and would do business again.
