    The company were quick to send my order out but were let down by the courier who seemed to hold onto it for much longer than they should. After contacting the company to complain that I hadn't received my order, they sprang into action and my order was delivered the next day. I would not hesitate to recommend the company, their communication was excellent, they were very helpful and the dog food was good quality at a good price. 10 out of 10, many thanks.

    The item is fine although seller very slow to post (marked as dispatched and label generated but not taken to the actual post office) - it ended up taking appx 18 days to receive from point of order and I did all the chasing! - the seller could do a lot more to communicate with factual information not just generic messages. I very nearly cancelled.

    This itam arrived to it was very well packed and is excellent. The seller posted very quickly. But as royal mail gave me 3 different delivery dates and dod not come on the soo I ask the seller if they could help .which they did brilliant seller and service 👏 would buy off this seller again.

    Just what I needed! Thank you for including a clear enough photo on the listing for me to match my existing decade old bulbs with, and especially a set with the all important fuse bulb. Speedy delivery, very well packaged, and whilst not the cheapest item in the world, worth it as I now have my little string of lights behind my pin board headboard working again, plus spares for next time. Thank you!
