    I requested this purchase be sent as soon as possible... I couldn't be happier!! I purchased it Thursday late afternoon. I sent the seller a request to please send it out as soon as they could, and here it is Friday afternoon and I have it in hand... many thanks to this seller who went out of their way to accommodate a customer on such a relatively small purchase. Awesome!!!

    Excellent mug, keeps coffee hot for hours as good as my old yeti. As far as shipping not as happy with that, nothing showed in tracking until after delivery, in fact it said item delivered 7/9, tracking available 7/11 which was when I received it. But that can be put up with when product and seller communication was great.
