  Due to a mix up in the ordering process wrong colour pens were delivered. I had tried to contact the vendor within minutes of placing the order because of the possibility of colour mix up. I got no reply. I returned the items and was only given a 50% refund on the pretext that the items were not in as supplied condition. I had drawn a short line with 1 of the 6 pens to verify the colour. I would not use this vendor again

  Arrived quickly although one of the packets was slightly open. The sealing was wonky and had a sticker on the front of the packaging label. This made me a little worried. It looked like it had been opened and resealed.
