    Unfortunately the item arrived damaged due to the shipping, the box was damaged on both sides. Upon contacting the company & providing photos, they were very cooperative and reached a solution very quickly. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again. Prompt and professional!

    Item was shipped quickly, as described, however sent using Ground Advantage yet packed in Priority envelope so USPS refused delivery, marking the item for return. I had to retrieve the package directly from post office and pay shipping difference. Very frustrating as this was the FOURTH time by 3 different sellers; likely using same warehouse. Seller reimbursed shipping costs, responded to messages promptly.
