  The purchase was all right. I received the product, but two rotors were scratched. The exterior box was significantly engulfed with packing tape to not let the box fall apart. The boxes inside the shipping box were deteriorated and/or ripped. The products were in a plastic sleeve, but the boxes were completely destroyed. Since there were so much weight to this purchase, the product was scratched due to the lack of packaging and possibly during its transit.

  I placed an order for a brake kit back on the end of last month. After inspecting the parts I realozed the the parts would not fot my car, I sent a request to the seller explaning the problem ! I received a message back from the seller the very next morning saying to issue a item return with ebay. That afternoon I received an email with a Return Shipping label. I repacked the package abd set it off. Three days laterI was notified the a refund had beeb Issued ! This is a grade a # 1 Seller !!!

  I was replacing my sump pump and wanted to add a check valve when I found this on ebay. The seller said it was new and I kind of doubted it, but ordered anyway at a great price. The first surprise was it was shipped UPS which provides must faster service than USPS and it arrived quickly. The item as packed well and as the seller said, it was new. This was a win, win for me.
