This would have been a positive feedback if the seller did not reply with the following statement after I shared that they sent the wrong filters... "Please recheck the filters. The shipping staff remembers your order and are confident they shipped the correct ones." That statement gives the impression of this customer lying, or not knowing what he ordered. So I returned the filters and reordered the correct ones. Funny... the seller never apologized for not believing the buyer... me!

Nobody thought you were lying. We asked you to verify that we shipped the wrong filters so no more mistakes were made. We then asked you to return them and we immediately shipped the correct ones. No reorder necessary. All this took place in a 24 hour timeframe. I don't know what more we could do to please you. And, in fact, I personally apologized.
