It was brand new packed in very carefully and it held as it was been promised. Also, the seller gave me an another sheet of an advice, having a region A DVD player, so I can play it because I am living somewhere else. So, they are careful, kind, very friendly by contacting. I've paid less from other sellers for international shipping but you know the price before you pay, so it is what it is. Items aren't always shipped out super quick but once they're in the mail, the package arrives quickly and with tracking. Items were definitely packed well and communication was great!
