He always returned my messages. So, I can say you can count on them to do the right thing

Yet after 3 weeks they still have not been sent. I ordered with enough time to recieve for my children's birthday. Their information states 5-7 days of proproduction time. 3 weeks later they still haven't been made nor sent. Now the items are removed due to violation. Absolutely disgusting customer service and am awaiting a full refund!
