  This vendor has been very good and very responsive. The post office made a mistake on postage and charged us additionally. Spoke with the vendor and they refunded us plus what the post office charged. Dun very quickly very efficiently.

  I received the wrong item. With a quick polite message, they are sending me the correct item with return labeling. Thank you! I’ve bought 2 or 3 hats previously with no issues. I will be a regular customer.
