  No longer need the part as it was something else but either way it came on time and was reasonably priced. Was the right part and described exactly. Good wualitt for a used part to.

  The price of postage was high and took over 4 days to arrived. I did message the seller and they did apologise. The part I brought is faulty and had a huge crack going round the edge of it which would have meant that water would have gone in and this is very dangerous. I had to then pay out even more to get my car fixed. Lack of responsibility from the seller and no explanation.

  As you had the item fitted to your car before telling me about the situation and then showing me photos of the dismantled part, how can I be sure that this item was faulty on arrival? Anyone would do the same if I bought something from you, dismantled it, and then told you it came faulty? What would you say? If you had taken photos of the item you bought from me after receiving it, I would have refunded it straight away.
