Contacted seller who offered a replacement item that was sent to me right away and it all turned up the next day.   Bought more of these as liked the first pair so much. Quality is excellent, condition was as described (new), price and value was great and the appearance was as per the photos. Sometimes the mark of a good seller is what they do when things don't go right. The free flip flops weren't sent (not the end of the world), I messaged, got a quick, friendly reply and the items were sent to me with a little upgrade to one of the pairs (without asking) for the small inconvenience . 100% recommended A+++
