  Great quality glass; fits perfectly in my piece. Fantastic value for the money. Two of the downstems arrived broken - were wrapped well and then placed in a bubble bag. A heavy item had clearly been set on the bag in shipping and snapped two downstems. Contacted seller, they made it right, no questions asked. 10/10 would buy again!

  The first batch I received, the mail carrier must’ve handled them. Rough, I ended up with a lot of broken pieces. I reached out to the vendor, exceptional customer service they fix the problem instantly. Damage and shipping was not their fault. But they promptly replaced the damaged product.   Outstanding seller. Everything arrived in mint condition, they really took time to bubble wrap anything breakable. Even added more than I ordered, Things where arranged inside the box extremely well. The package shipped Coast to Coast in 3 days . Best shipping I believe I've ever gotten. Thank you so very much.   Great product. Fast shipping and low price. The bowl of mine was broken and I notified the seller and they immediately sent me another. I like that kind of business. The package was well packed and wrapped but tge way things are handled by carriers it's a wonder that's all that got broke. I highly recommend this seller and items.
