  My package was shipped with the best packaging I have ever seen and I've gotten a lot of things. It was exactly as described except that I haven't used it yet. So I'm not quite sure how it works. But it did say that it's sluggish so I'm expecting that. I felt the shipping cost was really good for for the weight of the sewing machine and cas. this seller is highly recommended . Their very good pricing in shipping and for their outstanding packaging. I love my new machine and case!!!!! ✌️❤️😀
