He reached out to me immediately after I purchased it and said there might be some parts missing from an otherwise new loco and I told him that I'm fine with it since the price was so long.   Excellent seller, with fast fair shipping and very secure packaging. Not every ebay purchase goes according to plan, and I ended up returning the item. Seller was extremely responsive with excellent communication. He bent over backwards to ensure all went well, and that I was refunded immediately.   Received this B&O caboose model. It is In excellent condition, was very well packed for shipment, and mailed upon receipt of payment. I highly recommend this ebay seller. **Note that USPS sent this package on an extended tour of Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Pittsburgh (twice) or it would’ve arrived on Tuesday. No fault of this seller.
