  The real test of a seller is how any problem is dealt with. The original item ordered was faulty (would not boot up, gave a fault code). PCRenewed agreed to send a replacement and to provide a prepaid label for the return of the faulty item. Their advice, communication and customer support were all first-class: helpful response by phone and prompt, clear emails. The replacement laptop, when it arrived, was absolutely fine and decent value for money. PCRenewed proved to be a reliable seller

  PC Renewed have been a proper delight to deal with. Questions were answered super-quickly, and even my somewhat awkward delivery/shipping requirements (due to some personal travel ) were met without any issue. The laptop was so securely packaged I think it could have survived being dropped from a building,. The device itself is virtually spotless and just as described. Really happy with my new machine!

  5* seller. Being none techy and guided by PCRenewed, who ascertained my requirements and uses, this laptop was recommended by them. It arrived well packaged and like new, I think only I would know it was reconditioned. Throughout the whole selection process they made, to me a headache buy into a really easy process. I was given options and selected the one I purchased from these, which I was directed via the item number. I cannot thank nor praise these guys enough. No hesitation to recomend.

  This is the second laptop I've bought from this seller, both in excellent condition, arrived as described well packaged and safely. I was a little nervous of buying second hand electronics, but have saved a lot of money and will definitely buy from this seller again and am happy to recommend them.
