  Works great much better than my old one, item came in good condition only damage was one fan knocked loose (100% a delivery issue not the sellers fault) I only mention it as they were brilliant in communicating with me on how to fix it, very patient with my inexperience when repairing that and many questions even before purchasing! An all round brilliant seller. Great price for such high quality and looks pretty beautiful too I’m very happy! They couldn’t have been better.

  Should have arrived 4 days after purchase but didn't, had to the contact seller for an update, after several back and forth comms received the PC nearly a month later, since the box was damaged, opened in front of the postman who witnessed the very bad packaging, did not accept the order and started the return process, after more comms had to phone Ebay to get my refund. The seller tried to resolve by offering a discount and another PC but after seeing how this seller does business, I rejected.

  My item was not sent when the seller said it would be, went far over the delivery date. I was very patient with the seller but he went days without communicating with me and then when he finally did… he was full of excuses and was very vague about resolving my order. Ultimately my order didn’t come and I got full refund. Avoid this seller ‘terrible’ communication.
