    I ordered the ASUS Vivobook Q301L palmrest with US layout keyboard (without touchpad) and I'm extremely happy with both the product and the seller’s exceptional service. What really impressed me was the seller's commitment. The first delivery attempt was returned by Royal Mail because they mistakenly marked the business as closed. Without any hesitation, the seller immediately arranged a redelivery and made sure it reached me the second time.
