  Absolutely shocking company. Do not send your part to them for exchange. They refused to acknowledge receipt of our old circuit board despite being sent tracked and therefore would not send out the exchange. We were left with no central heating for weeks. No communication what so ever, does not acknowledge or reply to messages. Absolutely appalling customer service.
