    I am beyond thrilled with this purchase! Exactly as described and a great value. Communication with the seller was prompt and so was delivery. Packaging was done with care and shipping was very reasonable and super fast! Couldn’t be better!

    Arrived in great condition, all pieces were included and recieved. Original tags were not attached to the bag, (only the plastic ring that holds the tags was attached to the bag). The original stuffing was still inside the cooler, including the moisture packet. We are happy with our purchase. Great seller to work with.

    Avoid buying from the seller. The seller don't follow eBay policy. The seller cancel the order because of shipping address not communicating with me first. Then mention would resist the item and I ask kindly to place my order. Then the seller decide not to sell it. The seller stop responding my messages. The item hydro flask insulated tote was sold for $59. This seller is very unprofessional. The seller knows did a big mistake and don't want to accept it. Karma would come to you!

    I cancelled the order within an hour of the transaction. This buyer has been hounding me ever since- I have blocked them.
