  Nancy was very easy to work with and went out of her way to make sure my purchase included exactly the items I desired. Her responses to my questions were quick and friendly, and the price we agreed upon was more than fair given the excellent condition of the dishes.   When I received my item, I could tell it was packed with care, and was shipped securely. In spite of that, the ornament was in two pieces when i removed it from the protective case. I messaged with the seller, who was very kind and responsive. I told her that I wanted to keep the item and was going to repair it. Without me asking for it, she offered me a 100% refund. I told her that since I planned to keep it, I did not think it was fair to her, and we agreed upon a 50% refund. A+++ seller

  Great bayer, good comms, pattern as described. It was posted in time, but unfortunately shipping very slow, not sellers fault, took 3 weeks to leave the USA, a day to cross the "Pond" and 2 days to arrive here in UK.

  Excellent seller!!! Sent drinking glasses as described securely through the mail in a timely fashion. Packaged perfectly to prevent breakage. These glasses were purchased at a great price. Seller is a great communicator. I would buy from her again!
