UPS was absolutely no help investigating their loss and EBay was even less help in pressuring UPS to get involved. The seller refunded me in full, after going through all of this frustration. If the item is ever located or returned to the seller I would still be very interested in purchasing. I hope UPS makes the seller whole for their loss.
