    The headline for the listing claimed that this “SHIPS FAST,” which felt misleading since according to eBay, it didn’t ship for several days after I made the purchase. It also arrived with some other eBay purchases I had made a few days after this one. Otherwise, the item was in the condition described; I would deal with seller again.

    This seller appears to do a lot of quick copying and pasting of titles/descriptions, in my case the part about a manual was incorrect. However the item was very cheap either way and it was shipped out fast. For anyone else looking at the uncommon Sega stuff, this seller is legit. These are authentic items.

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused. After the buyer reported an issue, I promptly sent a brand new replacement battery at no extra cost. My goal has always been to provide a working product and resolve the problem. I kindly ask the buyer to revise their feedback, as I have already taken action to make things right.
